30-day returns
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email us from our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
